REIG JOFRE, (BME:RJF), a pharmaceutical company listed on the continuous market of the Spanish Stock Exchange, has been recognized at the 2nd Aesthetic Technology Awards for Vincobiosis®, in the Research category. These awards are organized by the Spanish Federation of Healthcare Technology Companies (Fenin) and Estetic.es, a Mediforum Group publication.

The Organizing Committee granted this award to Vincobiosis® for its contribution to scientific progress in the field of health and aesthetics, promoting the development of innovative solutions based on microbiota, biotechnology, and scientific evidence. The recognition also highlights its ability to connect basic and applied research with a clear translational approach, reinforcing the role of science as a driver of safe, effective innovation aligned with the highest health care standards.

This recognition follows the launch of Vincobiosis® Acneic, an innovative range of topical products developed by REIG JOFRE’s innovation team for the care of acne-prone skin. The new line combines science and nature through Canonia Allysis®, a unique plant-based biotechnological ingredient obtained through an advanced and sustainable process developed using Vytrus Biotech technology.

Canonia Allysis® is based on the selection of natural defense mechanisms that certain plants use against bacterial infections and external threats, helping effectively restore the balance of the skin microbiota in an intelligent, respectful, and natural way, without harming microorganisms that are essential for the skin.

Clinical studies have shown that Vincobiosis® Acneic helps reduce imperfections in acne-prone skin in a natural and respectful way, without altering the skin ecosystem or eliminating beneficial microorganisms.

“This recognition strengthens our commitment to innovation in dermatology and to the development of differentiated technology platforms that provide new solutions for skin care. Vincobiosis® reflects our approach to innovation: science, collaboration, and evidence serving the real needs of patients and consumers,” said Roberto Criado, Iberia Country Manager at REIG JOFRE.

The launch of Vincobiosis® Acneic is part of REIG JOFRE’s growth strategy in dermatology, strengthening its position in skin care and expanding its portfolio of differentiated solutions. The company began marketing the range in Spain through medical detailing and pharmacy channels, with plans to expand into other European and international markets through licensing and distribution agreements.
