On June 8, 2017, the merger by takeover of “Laboratorio farmacéutico Orravan, SLU”, “Laboratorio Ramón Sala, SLU”, “Laboratorio Medea, SAU”and “Forté Pharma Ibérica, SLU” by “Laboratorio Reig Jofre, SA” was formalized.

In accordance with articles 31.1, 39 and 51.1 of Law 3/2009, of April 3, on structural modifications of companies, Reig Jofre proceed to publish on its corporate website, the following documentation with the possibility of downloading and printing it:

On December 31, 2014 the merger by takeover of Laboratory Reig Jofre SA (Tax Identification Number A-08259111) by Natraceutical SA (Tax Identification Number A-96184882) was formalized. As a result of the merger, Natraceutical SA changed its name to “Laboratorio Reig Jofre SA”. The shares of Natraceutical SA, now called Laboratorio Reig Jofre SA, are traded since January 2015 under the ticker “RJF”.

All information contained in the Investors section prior to December 30, 2014 correspond solely to Natraceutical SA before absorption of Laboratorio Reig Jofre SA.

On September 22, 2015 the cancellation and consolidation of shares (reverse split) approved by the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of Laboratorio Reig Jofre SA of June 11, 2015 was formalized with an exchange ratio of 20 existing shares for every new share.
