1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

LABORATORIO REIG JOFRÉ, S.A. will be responsible for processing the personal data of PEOPLE who have created a profile on any of its social media platforms, and they will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (E.U.) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and the Law on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSI), providing the following processing information:

Why do we process your personal data?

Purpose of the processing: To maintain a relationship between the USER and LABORATORIO REIG JOFRÉ, S.A. (hereinafter the CONTROLLER), which may include the following operations:

• To handle requests and queries raised with the person responsible
• To report on activities and events organised by the person responsible
• To report on products or services offered by the person responsible
• To interact through the official profiles

When the CONTROLLER collects and processes personal data through its social media, USERS will be informed about the purpose of the data collection, as well as their rights concerning their personal data. Personal data will be used only for the indicated purposes and will be stored securely.

Legal Basis for Processing: The explicit consent granted by the USER for processing their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR).

USERS can access the privacy policies of the social media at any time and configure their profile to guarantee privacy.

How long is your personal data stored?

Data retention criteria: It will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke the consent given as indicated in this privacy policy.

To whom is your personal data provided?

Communication of data: Communication of data: the information provided by the USER through the social media under the responsibility of the CONTROLLER, including their personal data, may be published, always depending on the services that the USER uses, so it may be made publicly available to other third-party social media users. From their profile on each social media, the USER can configure what information they want to make public in each case, see the permissions that have been granted, delete them or deactivate them, such as any third-party application they no longer wish to use.

However, we do not contemplate sharing your personal data with third parties outside the social media platforms, except if indispensable for developing and carrying out the processing, to our service providers for communications. The CONTROLLER has signed contracts with these entities regarding confidentiality and managing processing required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

Rights of the USER: they can only be satisfied in relation to information under the control of the data CONTROLLER.

• The right to withdraw consent at any time.
• The right to access, modify, transfer, or delete one’s data and to limit or oppose its processing.
• The right to file a complaint with the Inspection Authority (www.aepd.es) if you think the processing does not comply with regulations.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE

The CONTROLLER will perform the following actions:

• Access the user’s public profile details.
• Publication in the USER’S profile of all information already published in the CONTROLLER’s social media.
• Send personal and individual messages via the social media channels.
• Updates on the status of the page that will be published in the USER’S profile.

The USER can always control their connections, delete the contents that no longer interest them and restrict who they share their connections with; to do this, they must access their settings, where they will find different configuration possibilities concerning the degree of privacy of the user profile on the social medium.

3. POSTS

The purpose of social media is to give visibility and dissemination to the activities carried out by the CONTROLLER. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policy.

Once the USER is a follower or has joined the social media of the CONTROLLER, they may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. In all cases, the USER must own the published content, enjoy copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the affected third parties.

It is strictly prohibited to post any material, such as texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., which violates or is likely to violate standards of morals, ethics, good taste, or etiquette, and/or which may infringe on, contravene, or breach intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or the law. Offensive, defamatory, illegal or inappropriate comments or content will not be tolerated on company profiles. The Company reserves the right to remove such comments or content and block the users responsible for the content.

In these cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to remove the content immediately, without prior communication, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

The CONTROLLER will not be responsible for the contents that the USER has freely published.

The user should remember that other users will have access to their posts, so they are primarily responsible for their own privacy.

The images that may be published on the social media will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER but will remain on the social media.

4. DATA ON MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL ABILITIES

It is recommended to review and read the conditions of use and privacy policy of each social media platform at the time of registration, taking into account the different age requirements for registration.

Likewise, the CONTROLLER will be expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of the social networks by minors or people with special abilities and whose access should be under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.

The CONTROLLER reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our social media profiles and/or website.
