Reschedule of 1H 2020 results

Reig Jofre informs that the release of the result note of the second quarter of 2020, initially scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2020, will be advanced to Thursday, July 23, 2020, coinciding on the date of the holding of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting.
Results for the second quarter of 2020 will be released before the market opening.
