Listing of new shares and change of trading ticker

The Spanish Stock Exchange Commission has verified dated today the fulfillment of all requirements for the listing of the 935,570,462 common shares issued to cover the exchange of the merger between Reig Jofre and Natraceutical.
Additionally, tomorrow, Friday February 13, the name and trading ticker of the shares will change from NTC to RJF.
It is expected that on Monday February 16, the 935,570,462 shares delivered to Reig Jofre Investments SL – sole shareholder of the former Laboratorio Reig Jofre SA – will be admitted to trading.
