By agreement of the Company’s Board of Directors, Natraceutical’s shareholders are called to attend the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting, to be held on first call, on June 29, 2014 at 12 am and, on second call, on June 30, 2014 at the same place and time, in Valencia, SH Valencia Palace Hotel, Paseo de la Alameda, number 32.
