Changes in the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Reig Jofre has received the resignation of Mr. Antón Costas Comesaña as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, as well as of the Audit, Compliance and Conflicts of Interest Committee.
Mr. Costas informs that his resignation is due to the incompatibility occurred because of his appointment as the new president of the Economic and Social Council of the Government of Spain.
