Resignation of chariman Javier Adserà and other changes in the board of directors
Xavier Adserà resignation as Director and Chairman of Natraceutical.
In accordance with Article 82 of Law 24/1988, 28th July, relative to the regulation of the stock market and related provisions, Natraceutical, S.A. hereby informs you that Mr. Francisco Javier Adserà Gebellí submitted in writing to the Board of Directors of the company his desire to resign as member of the Board and requested his replacement as chairman of Natraceutical, S.A.
The resignation of Mr. Francisco Javier Adserà responds to personal reasons, by the desire to pursue new professional projects and thus reduce Natraceutical’s management costs after the conclusion of the industrial and financial restructuring related to the integration of the company’s main division into the French multinational Naturex.
Mr. Francisco Javier Adserà will remain as a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Natra, S.A., Natraceutical’s main shareholder, from where he will continue to support the Group’s development.
